Comprehension 1
The first comprehension activity is predominantly for younger children, Pre-k through 1st. It is assessing their reading comprehension. The format of this assessment is an illustrate a book activity. The estimated time of completion depends on the grade level. For Pre-K and K students you would need roughly 20-30 minutes to allow them time to illustrate pictures for each page. For 1st grade roughly 10-20 minutes.
This comprehension assessment is best used for grades 4th and 5th graders. It is assessing their reading comprehension. The format of this activity is a student made video. The estimated time of completion is roughly 30 minutes to 90 minutes; depending upon how in depth the students/teacher wants the video to get. Students read a passage or story, and then create a video of what they read.
